Lebensjahres, die sich im Gewinnspielzeitraum von 05.10.2023 bis 08.10.2023 während Istria300 zum Newsletter von Visit HotSpots angemeldet haben, ihre persönlichen Daten bei der Anmeldung korrekt angegeben haben und im Falle der Ziehung unter ihrer E-Mail-Adresse kontaktiert werden können. Die Newsletter-Anmeldung kann jederzeit widerrufen werden.

Die Newsletter-Registrierung setzt eine Bestätigung der angegebenen Daten mittels Anklickens eines E-Maillinks voraus, der dem Teilnehmer nach erfolgter Eingabe seiner Daten per E-Mail zur Verfügung gestellt wird (Double-Opt-In-Verfahren). Pro Person ist nur eine Teilnahme möglich. Der/Die GewinnerIn wird schriftlich per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Der/Die GewinnerIn, der/die nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen auf die Gewinnbenachrichtigung reagiert, verliert den Anspruch auf den Gewinn. Die Barauszahlung des Gewinnes ist nicht möglich. Only one participation per person is possible. The winner will be notified in writing by e-mail. The winner who does not respond to the prize notification within 7 days loses the right to the prize. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
